Senator Karnes moved to amend the bill on page eleven, section eleven, lines eighty-five and eighty-six, by striking out the words “is not subject to approval, unless amended, from” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “shall be reviewed and approved, amended and approved, or disapproved within 10 years by”.
